The difference between fully electric injection molding machines and hydraulic injection molding machines.

Energy saving. Energy saving is the biggest advantage of electric injection molding machines. As the servo motor drives directly according to the required force of each actuator, it not only improves efficiency but also improves energy utilization. Its energy utilization rate can reach over 95%, thus saving 25% -60% energy compared to fully hydraulic injection molding machines.

Stable injection performance. The dynamic technical parameters of the fully hydraulic injection molding machine are affected by changes in hydraulic oil temperature and are prone to fluctuations. In contrast, the dynamic technical parameters of the fully electric injection molding machine are basically not affected by external factors. The mold molding parameters stored by the computer always meet the actual molding conditions, so the injection performance is stable and accurate. The rapid response of injection molding parameters can only be truly reflected on the servo motor system.

Water saving. Due to the fact that the fully electric injection molding machine does not use hydraulic oil and only requires cooling water at the feeding port, the use of cooling water can be reduced by 70% compared to hydraulic injection molding machines with load sensitive pumps, and by 90% compared to conventional hydraulic injection molding machines with fixed displacement pumps.

In addition, the fully electric injection molding machine does not use hydraulic oil, which can keep the working environment clean. The noise of the machine can be more than 10dB lower than that of the fully hydraulic injection molding machine. While optimizing the working environment, the cancellation of the hydraulic system saves 15% of the injection molding machine's area.
