1.Introduction of Plastic single shaft shredder
Plastic single shaft shredder is for shredding waste hard materials. Waste film into small pieces. Such as waste hard materials from extruder. HDPE jerican bottles. Lumps materials. Wood and so on.
The materials are pushed into the shredding chamber by hydraulic system. Independent driving system and solid structure to make the running stable.
2.Plastic single shaft shredder features:
1. PLC control. Automatic overload protection and auto reverse switch
2. Fix blade has two edges which can be used both sides.
3. Rotate blade has four angles, And once one angle needs to be sharped. You can use another angle to running machine first.
4. Hydraulic pushing system for pushing materials into shredder chamber. And shred the materials into small pieces.
5. Blade materials can be SKD-II, D2 or as customer requirement.
6. The shredder is running by low speed. And the screen net can be changed easily according to customer’s need.
7. The outer bearing. Bearing is install outside the machines. The main shaft and the machine enclose is sealing by skeleton seal. This can avoid the crushed materials come into the bearing effective. And improve the using life of bearing.
